For example, if you are taking a part-time course with evening classes, perhaps finding a course with synchronous elearning (attending classes via video conferencing like Zoom) would spare you from scooting between your workplace and classroom. However, if you are one who needs some one-to-one time with the trainer to clarify some doubts, then opting for classroom delivery modes will offer you opportunities to “catch” the trainer in between breaks.

Therefore, it would be good to start conversations with your manager and HR early, so that you can plan your training schedule accordingly.
